Smart Atlas

smartatlas

The ASKFOOD SMART ATLAS is an Open Repository that capitalizes and re-uses a lot of materials that can be taken as an inspiration or as a self-training tool to increase Personal Knowledge, but it is also planned as a solution to increase Shared Knowledge and Knowledge Sharing in the Food Industry. It’s the result of the ASKFOOD Community of Practice, a group of people who share a concern or a passion for something they do and learn how to do it better as they interact regularly. This Atlas was built based on the following different types of resources:

  • MOOCs
  • Training Centres
  • EU Project Results
  • Research Centres
  • Acceleration Programmes
  • Crowdfunding
  • Start-Ups
  • Innovation Marketplaces

No comparative and/or ranking purpose was underlying the research work on which this Atlas is based. All the resources are classified also according to the principal profiles of subjects, who may be interested in them (researchers, policy makers, business professionals, etc.)

With this virtual tool, you are able to share your own best practice with the world, or browse what others in the food and food-related sector are sharing and create your network. The Smart Atlas offers a detailed input from the involved multiplier organizations to identify needs most relevant to companies and referenced to consortium offers and skills and organizes data and information as an interactive and ‘Smart’ Atlas.

You can also use the Smart Atlas as an inspiration or self-training tool to increase Personal & Shared Knowledge in the food and food-related sector.

Target Groups: anyone with a best practice to share, or anyone looking for a specific best practice in the food and food related sector
