Description:

Flipped learning is an alternative teaching model that helps students with the process of learning, in order to acquire a deeper knowledge of the syllabus and extra motivation. With this methodology, students can acquire the learning outcomes outside of the classroom, using information and communication technologies, and class time is reserved for practice assignment or activities designed to promote higher-order cognitive skills.

The flipped classroom aims to motivate students to learn and it can be used in combination with different education methodologies, such as gamification and expert workshops.

This is an innovative educational methodology, especially shaped for the teaching of sustainable development goals.
